On January 29, 2026, members of The Catholic Foundation’s Professional Advisors Alliance (PAA) gathered at the Basilica Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in Germantown for a morning of fellowship, networking, and professional development.

The PAA is comprised of more than 35 active and talented charitable gift, estate, and financial planning professionals dedicated to advancing philanthropy in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ. The Catholic Foundation provides a space for these professionals to learn, collaborate, and explore thoughtful, faith-aligned approaches to charitable giving.

During the gathering, members heard from Ross Bruch, Managing Director, Senior Wealth Planner of Brown Brothers Harriman& Co., who presented on “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Estate Planning.”

The setting itself made the morning gathering especially meaningful. The Basilica Shrine, home to the Fr. Joseph Skelly, CM, Madonna Art Museum – one of the largest collections of Marian art in one location – is part of the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal (CAMM), a ministry of the Vincentians. Through the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal Program Fund, The Catholic Foundation is honored to support CAMM’s work to preserve the Shrine and advance its many ministries.

Members also had the opportunity to hear from Megan Brogan, Vice President, Institutional Advancement of CAMM, who shared how their work continues the mission of its founder, Fr. Joseph Skelly, CM, drawing the faithful closer to Mary and her Son through devotion to the Miraculous Medal.

We are deeply grateful to the Basilica Shrine for graciously hosting this gathering, to Ross and Megan for their insightful presentations, and all the members of the PAA who attended. We were especially pleased to welcome new members of the PAA:
